Basic Mythic Keystone level = X w/less/greater/etc variable. Pretty sure this is easily fetchable since stuff like GottaGoFast and AngryKeystones can view it.

I am currently working on a PR to incorporate this into a future version of TMW, but in the mean time I implemented in TMW_Script_Tools if you want to give it a go.
