[CF 1436] [PowerColor] doesn't color non-player power types

IE Fallen Avatar has a green primary energy bar, but the PowerColor tag won't mirror the color of the resource to the text.

Might also be an issue on other bosses with non-player color energies.

[PowerColor] is a LibDogTag-Unit-3.0 tag, not a TMW tag. Its hardcoded to only work for mana, rage, energy, runic power, and focus, so it doesn't even work for DH or Monk, or other special resources like Maelstrom and Lunar. The colors themselves are hardcoded as well - they aren't based off of the color of the bar.

I forgot to make a point - the point was that the tag doesn't return standard power bar colors - it seems to use colors that are less saturated than normal. For weird cases like your green bar on avatar, its not really feasible to figure out what color to use that is consistent with the other colors already used by that tag.

I just don't think this tag is used enough for the effort involved.
