To try and provide some self-help for the people who keep installing nolib versions and then getting upset that it doesn't work.

would this go in TellMeWhen.lua#43?

something like

if not _G["LibStub"] then

-- generate alert

end

?

I'm assuming any kind of alert will need to be manually written since no libs?
