[CF 1475] Global Group Issue

All new Global Groups and all Groups set to Global will stack to the bottom center of the UI.

On attempt to reposition Global Group, they will all snap back to the previous position.

The Global Group Y and Y Offset can be changed but the icon will not move.

MoveAnything addon was interacting with TMW and causing the issue.

To fix it I went into MoveAnything and did a search for TellMeWhen, it returned TMW Groups that I reset and issue was FIXED.
