[CF 1476] Debuff/Buff Newest Buff

Anyway to show the newest buff/debuff when tracking multiple buffs. Longest duration selected for buffs kinda of works but an example where it falls short is say tracking cc. Poly is 8 and fear is 6 , if they land almost the same time you may only see the polymorph effect on the icon.
