[CF 1496] Sound notifications keep triggering when changing/entering maps.

As title.
Couldn't find any other thread on this matter.
Am I the only one who has this issue ?

It was a Sound with On Conditions (Charges/Cooldown time), how do I prevent this from triggering?

Post the export string of the icon that is causing the issues.
