[CF 1511] Cannot open TMW Options

I get no error codes, no nothing. I have reinstalled 3 times, deleted and installed again, tried several times, checked to make sure it was enabled etc etc. But when I put /tmw or /tellmewhen I get nothing at all.

When i go into Interface>Addons and click on TMW it just comes up blank and says TellMeWhen v8.5.0, nothing else.
