[CF 1552] A few buff conditions not working in conjunction with each other.

Hey,

Whilst trying to make a "Roll the Bones" Icon with a lot of buff conditions I have noticed the 'and/or' is not working correctly and the 'Buff-Number of' does not seem to track any of the buffs.

Post the export string of the icon.
