[CF 1554] Trivial: Shown group sort order doesn't move Always Hide icons

The group sort order "Shown" is supposed to put hidden icons last but it does not do this with "Always Hide" icons, instead they stay in place and show as a gap in the toolbar. This is not a huge issue as they can be manually moved to the end of the toolbar.

There's an "Always Hide" priority, separate from "Shown". There are reasons why you may want always-hidden icons to still be sorted.

 

However, it is a mistake that "Always Hide" isn't included in the preset for shown (or the other presets for that matter)
