[CF 1569] Can I cast spell on icon click?

Hello. Can you please tell me if i can click tmw icon to cast spell? I tried "Notifications" -> "Lua" -> "On left click", but I wasn't able to figure out how to cast something, because CastSpell, CastSpellByName and even RunMacroText are protected and cannot be used. Do you have any idea?
