[CF 1573] Warrior Fury Victory Rush

Victory Rush always shows its ready even if it's not, used name and spellID same issue.

It should only show after you kill something that gives exp/honor.

But it always comes up as ready.

Are you sure you don't have Impending Victory talented?

I just loaded it up to be sure, No I do not have Impending Victory talented.

You'll have to use either checking for Useability or the Victory Rush buff.

Just checking checking the cooldown will show it as available, despite not being useable, as it's not on cooldown.
