When using the current alpha version of Masque (8.1.2-alpha), cooldown sweep animations are no longer visible on TMW icons, while they are still showing up in other addons using Masque. I opened a ticket at the Masque issue tracker, and Zinoh over there already identified it as a framelevel issue with TWM and posted a fix.
