What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Problem is in generall, icon not working

Hello there, I would like to inform that the magic detection icon is not working. I was testing it in a duell with a disc priest and when he has buffed himself a purgable/removable buff, the icon was not activated. This is the string to the icon.
