A condition for "azerite trait learned" would be nice. For greater flexibility, it should probably be an integer for the # of stacks of the trait active.

My main use case is that there are some azerite traits (e.g. Cascading Calamity, Explosive Potential) that, if taken, require you to keep a buff up. I like to have a glowing icon whenever that buff is absent. However that icon shouldn't show if you don't have that trait selected. Currently I believe there's no easy way to test that condition.
