[Bug] The condition "Pet Attack Mode: No Pet" triggers for pets in Defensive mode.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Create the icon in the string below. The icon should show while you have no pet.
- Log on to a Warlock and summon a pet (tested with Imp, Voidwalker). The icon should disappear.
- Put the pet in Defensive mode.
- [Bug] The icon will show.
What do you expect to happen? What happens instead?
The "No Pet" condition passes when the pet is in Defensive Mode, but not if they are in Assist or Passive Mode. The condition should only pass if there's no currently active pet.
(I think the "Defensive" condition might similarly not be triggering when the pet is in Defensive mode. In other words, both Defensive mode seems to incorrectly be hooked up to the "No Pet" condition in TMW, instead of the "Defensive" condition.)

Thanks for all the work over the years! I've used TMW for over a decade now, and it's always served me well. :D I could use the default UI for everything else, but this is the one addon I can't live without.
