Title. Scale is ok, but sometimes I'm trying to make them a specific height/width and it'd just be so much easier if there was a slider/box I could input exact numbers into than drag it around and try to get it pixel perfect.

Apologies, this apparently exists. General -> Main Options -> check 'Allow Icon Editor Scaling'.
