[Bug] Can't move a locked group

v9.0.6 Classic

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Left click on an icon
  2. Drag

What do you expect to happen? What happens instead?
Expect Icon to move, with my mouse, but it does not.

Regarding the image, the top group is the one that won't move. The Icons below (each is its own group) can be dragged perfectly fine

You can't click-and-drag to move a locked group - that's the entire purpose of locking a group. Unlock it if you want to be able to drag it.
