Small correction/addition.
It does ignore spells of other pets (using the spell names) as long as that pet hasn't been summoned this session.
Once a pet has been summoned however it keeps showing even after dismissing it or summoning a new pet.

After a /reload the icons will still be visible, but after logging out/in they'll be hidden again until that spells pet has been summoned.
