[Bug] Timer text does not hide properly on meta icons

**What version of TellMeWhen are you using? **
9.1.0 Retail
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Create meta icon and 2 separate icons for the same buff ( for example Soul fragment )
- Set one of the icons ( ICON-A ) to show timer with text and max duration to 10
- Set the other icon ( ICON-B ) to show timer but no text and min duration to 10
- Add the 2 icons to the meta icon, ICON-A first, then ICON-B
What do you expect to happen? What happens instead?
My goal is to show the timer text only below a certain duration threshold.
The timer appears but when the duration refreshes, instead of hiding, it remains visible, and finishes the countdown.
