Describe the bug

Preconditions: In ElvUI -> Cooldown Text is globally enabled and not toggled off in ActionBars nor in any of the other positions. Cooldown text shows on the action bars as expected. OmniCC is not installed.

Wow Options -> Action Bars "Show numbers for cooldowns" is unchecked.

TMW timer sweep "Show ElvUI timer text" "Show timer" and "allow global cooldown" are checked.

Test procedure: TMW bar created on holy priest with button tracking for Holy Word: Serenity. Serenity is cast.
Expected behavior: Cooldown count is shown on action bar and TMW button tracking bar
Actual behavior: Cooldown count is show on action bar. CD count is NOT shown on TMW button tracking for Serenity.

Additional info: if you check Wow Options -> Action Bars "Show numbers for cooldowns" and check TMW "Show timer text" then the (wow) cooldown does show on the TMW bar.

Same procedure is true for all CD buttons for priest and druid (have included export string for Serenity just as an example to ensure I didn't screw up a setting).
