Describe the bug

In the timer sweep configuration, the "Show ElvUI timer text" is no longer displaying properly when the icon is on CD. This has started occurring since at least version 12.95 of ElvUI. I currently have 12.91 ElvUI and the TMW timer sweep text works correctly, but in 12.95 and 12.99 (latest ElvUI) it no longer functions as expected.

It looks like Fix #1981 was raised and implemented for the retail version and my assumption is this would need to be applied to the classic wrath version as well.
