Describe the bug

I am getting the following error message on loading the game:
30x Interface/AddOns/TellMeWhen/Options/includes.xml:145 Couldn't open Interface/AddOns/Components/IconTypes/IconType_runes/Config.xml

After checking the reference in the includes.xml in line 145 there is a reference to "config.xml" which is not existent , in the folder ..\Components\IconTypes\IconType_runes\ there are 2 different files: config-Retail.xml, Config-Wrath.xml

The reference in Config.xml needs to be updated based on the used version.
