Describe the bug

some cooldown icons, when i set Spells Usable - Hidden, they'll still glow when timer count down
it's ugly if too much icons on the screen and glow anywhere even if the icon is hide
the condition lasts long time, not only apperance this version (10.0.8)
maybe i describe not exactly, could see the photos
