Describe the bug

Patch day. All of my spells use three notifications after CD ends. Icon Activation Border, Custom Sound, and Icon Shake. Icon shake works, the other 2 do not. This is affecting all groups. I am not receiving errors at this time, just appears that the notification do not activate.
