Describe the bug

Hi, I'm using Tyrande's Favorite Doll and I'd like to set a condition on the activation border of the icon to only show when the mana is fully charged (and it's ready again, but that part works as intended). My problem is that the number in the buffs tooltip is not recognized, I also get a LUA error message. Did I just set it up incorrectly or is something broken?

The buff Recaptured Mana looks like this ingame (German client):
