Unable to track cooldowns using name (when spell is overwritten)

Describe the bug
Spells like Fire breath is not tracking using name with my current talents on aug evoker: https://gyazo.com/68e5b13fb81a7034f2103b79756767b4
The spellID used "382266".
Upheaval only with spellID of "408092".
EDIT: After a /reload this does appear to work with name now.
Breath of eons doesn't working when tracking as "Deep breath" which it did previous patch.
Guessing something broke with spells that overwrite other spells.
Could be related to #2175 , but I'm not familiar if those spells use an overwrite somewhere.
Group is my test group, but nothing special to it.
