Describe the bug

Not sure if this is a bug but I was unable to confirm it with Alwies before posting it here.

TMW appears to be unable to retrieve certain talents for the suggestions list in the "points in talent" conditions tab if you're not already specced into them which makes it awkward to create such conditions . The talents in question are both in a brand new choice node (Mark of F'harg / Mark of Shatug) for demo warlock.

This bug only affects the suggestions list and manually entering the talent node spell ID or name does allow the condition to work but the blank suggestions list may confuse an end user (it certainly confused me for a while).

Please note when I refer to something "not working" I'm talking about the suggestions list only - this is not entirely clear in the video commentary
