Describe the bug

Hi,
I’m encountering a bug with TellMeWhen.
When I create a condition using "Last Spell Used" and put Healing Stream Totem in french "Totem guérisseur", it doesn’t work (the condition never validates).
I also tried using the spell ID directly, but I get the same issue: nothing happens.
Strangely, it works fine with other totems like Spirit Link Totem.

Unable to reproduce. Hard to say what the issue is since you didn't include an export string. The correct ID is 5394.
