At least since Legion, every spec can uniquely assigned to a specific role (tank/dps/heal). So, the options dialog to select the role is no longer necessary.

• add an option to pane "Spec roles" to automatically determine the character's role
• disable the role selection stuff if the option was selected
• make role selection as deprectated and remove it sometime later
• add another option to determine the role by the TidyPlates option

Solution ideas:

• make a global function (in Core.lue) for getting the current role (now that is the db.char.spec[] array)
