Auras: Add missing stealable/dispellable to widget

- i play a Mage and before recently i did not know i could Spellsteal Gift of G'huun in Underrot and Soul Fetish in Waycrest Manor because it doesnt show up in the Nameplates. There are some other Purges that also dont show up.
- For auras i have only dispellable activated because i dont want to spam my nameplates with all auras an enemy can have.
- Can you maybe add those missing to that option that would reeeeally nice :D
