Auras: Spotlight if Aura is StealOrPurge-able

- Is it possible to add an option that all Dispellable Auras glow or highlight in some way?
- So when there are multiple auras in the enemy nameplate i know there is something i can purge.

- right now, only dispellable buffs are visible on my enemy plates. But I want to change this, that all enemy Buffs are shown and the dispellable buffs should be bigger or highlighted somehow. Is this possible because i didn't find this option?
