Coloring: Color units that are in combat with the player (even if not on threat list)

I'm wondering if there is a way to color health bars or names of mobs I'm currently in combat with. I know threat options already exist. But you know, you can get into combat with no threat. Pets, other players in your group, etc. It would be very great to have such feature.
