Custom Nameplate: Add load custom nameplate only in specific instance

- Make custom name plates only work in instances they were created for. Assuming it uses groups. Otherwise a mob may get colored that shouldn't.

- But it be nice for custom name plates to have an instance option. My main use for this. Is in some raids when you have lots of adds. And adds have priority. I color them. So I can quickly target and kill each one in a set order.
- Outside of raids. Once in a while a mob may have the same name and it gets colored. So having an instance option would fix this. But for better flexibility. Maybe have an option that makes all custom name plates work in instance or not. Then have each custom name plate have the same option as well. Overriding the main option for all.

- Another thing , i think i read you are thinking about making Custom Nameplates only load in instances like raid or dungeon.
- This is a really good idea to decrease the memory and cpu usage of this addon .
- I just recently had to deactivate some addons because i had some micro stuttering through the open world and that is very annoying.
