Visibility: Add none mode for nameplates only showing indicators/widgets

- I however am unable to set it up where I just have the icon hovering over ally player heads without also having nameplates on which then shows their HP bars under neath and kinda clutters the screen. I'd like to be able to have the class icon up for ally players and then only have hp bars up for enemies. Is this possible?
