Castbar: Add option to show castbar above healthbar

- Hey just a quick question since the last update the castbars are not above the healthbars of the enemys. I can't find the option to change that back. Read another comment where you said it was a bug and wasn't intended? Any plan to add the option to show them above the enemy nameplate again? Got used to it over the last years.
