Indicators: Custom coloring for rare, elite, rare elite icons

- I like using the Rare & Elite icon options. An update to threatplates awhile ago made it so that a Rare+Elite mob would have its own color. Would it be possible to add an option to disable this or customize the color/icon? My own personal preference is to use the Rare icon regardless if the mob is elite or not.
