Castbar: Change castbar style based on cast

- Can I change color of castbar if my interrupt is on cooldown.
- Can I set a special texture for important casts, i.e. I put few cast spells that I consider important, and have different style/way of the cast maybe a spark or shining just like in plater, I'd add sheep and hex and some important mythic or healing casts.
