Target Unit: Show only when the player is not the target

- Also, I'm unsure if it is an option since I can't find the options settings but if it isn't, might I suggest implementing the option to "show only if it isn't me"? I'd love to be able to hide it on my tank when I have threat (so I don't have my own name filling up my screen a dozen times) and only display it when the mob is on the off-tank/dps/healer.
