Indicators: Add additional elite icons

- There are three parts: the options lua file edited with all the icons added to the elite section; a folder with all four covenant symbols; and a faction folder, containing 2 themes each for alliance and horde. If there is anything wrong with any of them, or you think one of them needs to be edited in some way, please let me know and I can make changes. I hope you like them!
