Threat: Custom threat coloring

- Is there functionality, or is it possible to create functionality to have the threat system override custom nameplates? E.g. I want to track a debuff applied to enemies by changing the colour of their nameplates but I want low threat colours to override this setting. E.g.
- Good threat -> Green
- Good Threat + Debuff -> White
- Low threat -> yellow
- Low threat + debuff -> yellow
- No threat -> Red
- No threat + debuff -> Red
- In terms of priorities it would be Good threat 1, Debuff 2, Low/no threat 3. This is somewhat possible threat glow option but enabling the threat system overrides the custom nameplates entirely while in combat
