Coloring: Add an option to ignore PvP status for Color by Reaction

- No, the colors are not working in any zone. It colors them by pvp flag instead of blue for friendly and red for hostile like it used to.
- Under Helthbar View > Coloring, I check the box for Color by Reaction. No other boxes are checked on this page. Typically when I play arena my allies show up as blue and the opposing team shows up as red. What I'm seeing now is both teams show up as a mix of blue and green. The colors I'm seeing now seem to follows the menu Colors > Reaction > Players color boxes. I believe this is an issue because both teams in the arena match are horde. It seems to go off of faction instead of what team you are on.
