Display auras as bars, not just as icons

I was curious if it was at all possible to use progress bars to show remaining durations of important debuffs (even if just a single chosen high importance debuff)? Currently it shows an icon for each whitelisted effect with room on each icon for a stack count and remaining duration which is ok but I'd love if I could see a countdown bar above multiple enemies for my warlocks Agony debuff. Is this possible? If not, is it somehow possible to have the currently existing Aura Widget that displays icons with durations and stack counts change colour based on duration? e.g, <5 seconds remaining duration number turns from white to red?

Really bad photoshop here but hopefully you can understand what I mean: http://imgur.com/a/BWqFG
I am not sure about how kui works but I did some googling and didn't see anything really like what I meant from there I'd prefer to stick with threatplates! :)
The functionality of just simply whitelisting to see the listed debuffs does work and the icon shows stacks and time remaining however I'd love something more obvious at a glance for duration tracking on a primary debuff, if something like my screenshot is not possible then perhaps just a change of colour or a flashing effect on the debuffs icon or at least a colour change on the actual number of the remaining time when the duration passes a specified threshold of duration remaining. So for example, again using bad photoshop: http://imgur.com/a/pAoU4
The left picture is how it works currently, the time remaining number is always white no matter if the duration is 30 seconds (long) or 2 seconds (short), it would be great if you could make the number change colour (like picture on the right) when the threshold is met.
Hopefully I explained well enough what I mean.
