Libraries: Use library for aura/spell related information

The library LibPlayerSpells (https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/libplayerspells-1-0) would provide a lot of information that is currently being maintained manually, e.g., cooldowns, type of aura, and so on.
Although, it no longer seems to be maintained.
