Scaling: Allow different scaling for interruptible and non-interruptible casts

- Scaling and transparency settings allow different options for different situations, i. e. if a unit is casting a spell
- Allowing the "casting"-options to be applied only to interruptible casts would help guide a player's focus to the really relevant events if they play a class that does not have any knockbacks and thus can only interrupt with regular kicks.
- It's definitely possible. Do you mean to disable scaling for non-interruptable casting units or disabling the castbar in general for these casts?
- The former, I mean to disable the scaling (and alpha options). The cast bar is fine.
- I had something in mind that would give you an option to apply any of the scaling and transparency operations to units casting interruptible spells only, instead of applying them to any casting unit.
