Names: Scale name size based on unit types

- Ability to scale the font for names separately for different unit types. I think that this could be very useful when having large differences in scale on different nameplates. For instance, I have friendly nameplates reduced to 65% scale and I found that the size of the font has to be at least 20 in order for me to see the text clearly, but this makes the nameplates that have scale 100% have a ridiculously large font.
