Target: Add additional hightligh textures

- Is it possible to add the target widget from screenshot below. Much appreciate your effort!
- actually the widget is from old Tidy Plates, which required Tidy Plates: Threat in order to achieve what Threat Plates is at the moment.

- the requested art for targeting can be found here Google Drive - Brackets.tga
- replacing default.tga in directory of TargetArtWidget works, and the addon recognize the artwork, but is not able to work properly with some backdrop options within TargetArtWidget.lua
