Automation: Show/hide all nameplates in instances

- Hi, would it be possible to add an option so that the nameplates are disabled in the world, and automatically become enabled when you enter an instance (bgs, arenas, dungeons and raids)?

- Is it possible to have threatplates only load when in an instance? I prefer the default blizzards bars but the threat colours are really useful for tanking in goup content!
