Currently, border textures are fixed - LibSharedMedia should also be supported for borders

• remove integrated LibSharedMedia library afterwards and make it a hard dependency for using alternative textures
• including background texture for healthbar and castbar
• healthbar: texture for background - seems to be configurable in styles/themes
