Conflict with TidyPlates: Threat regarding Ace3 addon name

TidyPlates: Threat uses the same Ace3 addon name "TidyPlatesThreat". So, if both addons are enabled, a lua Ace3 error occurs.
A solution would be to change the Ace3 addon name to TidyPlatesThreatPlates.

TidyPlates: Threat is no longer being developed, so this no longer is an issue.
