Implement WoW default aura filters for nameplates

WoW default nameplates have default aura filters that only show specific auras specific to each class. Also, it shows important CC spells.

Default nameplates use "HARMFUL|INCLUDE_NAME_PLATE_ONLY" filter for UnitAura to show only critical debuffs, see original code.
